Morgan Malopy has quickly become a Treadfit rockstar! She is dedicated to hitting a certain amount of classes both Strength and TF each week and it shows! Morgan is so strong and fit Hear what she shared about her Treadfit experience. “I started coming to Treadfit consistently over a year ago. Once I started to come back into it, I knew I found the perfect routine for myself. The cardio and strength classes are a great mix up. I try to incorporate them both weekly and when I do, I see the results. I mentally and physically enjoy coming to Treadfit. It is so motivating and it’s a workout I do not dread. I look forward to every class. The atmosphere and instructors are what make it. I feel amazing leaving here and I feel stronger than ever!”
