Seeking an alternative to going to the gym, I came across Treadfit in Beverly on the internet, signed up for a 7-day trial class and joined in March of this year (2022). I have found a great fit as I really enjoy the small group classes and LOVE the combination of cardio, strength training, and custom workouts. Each class is challenging, high energy, different, and the workouts push you to go hard…variety is the spice of life! The instructors are awesome, fun, friendly, motivational, and love the music!
